A fiberglass pool is manufactured as a complete shell in a controlled factory environment. Instead of building the pool structure piece by piece in your backyard, the finished shell is delivered to your property and installed into a properly prepared excavation.

One of the biggest advantages of fiberglass is how quickly the pool shell can be installed. Once the excavation and site preparation are ready, the fiberglass shell itself can be set and installed in approximately two days.
A Gunite/concrete pool can take roughly 3–6 months from excavation through completion. Your pool shell is already built before it arrives at your house. At Utah Pool Guy, our current goal is to get homeowners swimming in as little as three weeks.
