Once we’ve looked over the project, we’ll provide a detailed estimate based on what we’ve talked about. Everything’s in writing – no fine print.

Review the Simple Agreement

Utah Pool Guys provides a line by line agreement and explains the options for upgrades. We also discuss areas where the agreement could change based on addendums.

Signatures & Initial Payment

If you’re ready to get started, we’ll get signatures, a down payment, and the project will be added to our calendar. We truly like to get projects done in a timely manner; we’re ready when you are.

The Process Begins

From mapping to permits to excavation to pea gravel, we’ll show you how the entire process works and provide estimated timelines. Sometimes there can be delays based on sub-contractor schedules, but our goal is to be 100% transparent and get the job done!

We know this sounds crazy to some, but it’s true. We really do shoot for a start to finish two week turnaround time. We know there are things that can come up that delay the process some, but two weeks is realistic for us. Let’s do this!

      • Concrete (Gunite): Most customizable, generally the most expensive, starting around $40,000 and can exceed $100,000.  
      • Fiberglass: Pre-made shells, quicker installation, typically less expensive than concrete, ranging from $35,000 to $90,000. 
      • Vinyl Liner: Most affordable option, starting around $25,000.
    • Above-Ground: More budget-friendly, typically starting around $1,500.
  • Size and Shape: Larger and more complex shapes will increase the cost.
